WHAT IF MY ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once products have left the studio they are the property of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS). We are no longer responsible for the damaged and or lost goods. We are to ensure you that shipping confirmations are kept secure and will be proceeded with further investigation.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGES?
All sales are final. No refunds are accepted. If the said item comes with significant factory defects, you can return or exchange it within 48 Hours when the item is received. It is required to use the contact form provided for any items regarding merchandise. Items must be in original packaging along with a receipt in as-new condition.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Allow for 5-12 business days for order processing, Verification, and production and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. International orders may take up to 3 Weeks or longer due to location.
